My Blog Craft Money Tree Dot Com Elevator Pitch

first day’s lesson "write an elevator pitch for my blog"of 31 Days To Build A Better Blog After learning the first day’s lesson of 31 Days To Build A Better Blog, yesterday I created my blog’s elevator pitches.

If you haven’t read the 31 Days To Build A Better Blog Ebook By Darren Rowse, but only have read the series articles, you may thought that the first day is not “write an elevator pitch for your blog”. Well, let me explain. That is because the ebook is upgraded version, it is quite different from the old version of “31 Days To Build A Better Blog”.

It just my feeling that the new version is more practical and powerful, I won’t regret I bought it.

In the first day’s lesson, Darren taught me what an elevator pitch is, why I as a blogger need an elevator pitch and how to write an elevator pitch for my blog or myself.

To be honest, I have spent two days to think about my blog’s elevator pitch, and final, yesterday I have finished it. I created a short and a long elevator pitch for my blog.

Short elevator pitch:

Make Money Online Demon seduces newbies and trains them into new make money online Demons!

Long elevator pitch:

CraftMoneyTree.com is a dangerous blog, the host Clarky is a demon. With his sugar-coated but evil blogging tips, marketing strategies and Make Money Online tricks, he has seduced many kind newbies into his trap and then trained them into new make money online demons.

The darkness is coming, those who submit will prosper, those who resist shall perish.

You may think my elevator pitches is a little bit evil, but I really enjoy my work:), this is more fun, it most likely will interest people and hook them in.

The short elevator pitch could be used as my blog title, email signature, forum signature etc and the long elevator pitch could be used as my blog description, social profile introduction, etc. I just have a feeling that these will be very helpful to hook people into my blog :) .

So I recommend you to create elevator pitches for your blog too. Here are some tips for an elevator pitch creating:

  1. Solve a Problem or Need
  2. Define Your Audience
  3. Be Clear
  4. Keep it Short
  5. Stand Out-use humor like me :)
  6. Be Intriguing
  7. Be Energetic but not Hyped
  8. Consider Using a Question
  9. Be Ready to Expand Upon Your Pitch

If you have questions want to ask, feel free to leave a comment below or contact me via email, and you could also ask Darren Rowse, but you have to know that his is really a busy man.
