Comment on blogs with high PR will help ranking your blog, if the blog supports dofollow in comment, commenting on it will increase your blog PR. I am not buying the software, because I already have some good ones. You could search blog in Google blog search with your keywords, find some high PR blogs and comment on them, I am sure that your blog will get good ranking. Oh, no big deal.
