Established blogs may link to you, whatever your blog is with good Page Rank and traffic, if they see that you are a real blogger.

If they find that you update your blog regularly for 5 or 6 months, then they may give you a helping hand and welcome you to the blogosphere. So my suggestion would be keep updating every day, focus on your topic. After 5 or 6 months ago, you will be more easier to get other blogs to link to your blog.

If you already get all of these, I don’t think that you will have big problems in getting links from other blogs.
